Busses to the official act of state

For visitors wishing to attend the official act of state on the lawn next to Vaduz Castle, all LIEmobil buses running to/from Vaduz will stop at the Hotel Schlössle. From there the lawn next to Vaduz Castle can be reached on foot within 20 minutes.

Disabled persons and persons with limited mobility

Between 10.15 a.m. and 10.55 a.m. as well as between 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. there will be a shuttle bus service for disabled persons and persons with limited mobility operating between Hotel Schlössle and Vaduz Castle and vice versa. A pick up from home must be initiated one week ahead of time through the Organisation for Disabled people (T +423 390 05 15).

Busses to celebrations and funfair in the centre of Vaduz

From 12.30 p.m. the centre of Vaduz will be closed to traffic. Therefore, LIEmobil buses will only bring passengers to the edge of this pedestrianised zone (buses to/from Schaan will run as far as “Herrengasse”; buses to/from Triesenberg and Triesen/Sargans will run as far as “Lindenkreisel” (cathedral)). The area between “Herrengasse” and “Lindenkreisel” can only be covered on foot. LIEmobil is unable to guarantee connections between these two bus routes.

From 02.00 p.m. onwards special timetables will apply. The buses on routes 24, 36 and 40 are running in addition. Starting at 06.30 p.m. additional park + ride buses will be operating between Vaduz and the two dedicated parking areas outside of Vaduz for visitors arriving by car from the Oberland and the Unterland.

No buses will operate in Vaduz during the firework display. After the conclusion of the firework display, buses on all routes will operate as required (unless specific departure times are set out in the timetables). The final departure for all routes from Vaduz will be at 02.00 a.m.

Please pay attention to the notices at the bus stops. More advice and information can be found at www.liemobil.li.
